Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policies
At Intriguing Vistas, your satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
We have a 14-day return, refund or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange. If you choose to return the item, you will pay the shipping costs. Please see below about returns.
Returns
At Intriguing Vistas, our goal is to have satisfied customers with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us at support@intriguingvistas.com or at 1-603-303-0101. The return of items for a refund or exchange is not necessary, as this just adds additional cost and time to all parties involved. Pictures of the item, showing what is wrong are sufficient and will expedite the process. If you would still like to return your purchase, we will give you instructions on where it should be sent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please take a picture of the item showing what is wrong and email it to us at support@intriguingvistas.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority!
Refunds
if you do not want a replacement item, we will gladly issue you a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@intriguingvistas.com or 1-603-303-0101 and we will investigate from our end. Thank you.
